About Us

Infusion works in long-term partnerships with providers of public services to ensure the availability of critical infrastructure and support services. We provide innovative financing solutions and robust, high quality commercial structures for each project, becoming a trusted partner to the provinces, cities, institutions and communities in which we work — as an employer, service provider and investor.

We make it happen through a commitment to public services demonstrated by proactively managing each concession and holding our equity investments through construction and beyond. We make a difference by holding to our belief that PPPs are not simply financial investments but operating businesses with an obligation to provide quality services. Through this long term commitment to our clients’ delivery of public services we generate value for all project stakeholders.
